January 24, 2026 – Winterfest
The first sewing challenge of 2026 is: members are to create a “winter hat”. The hat can be sewn, crocheted, knitted, embroidered, felted, appliqued, etc. But the best part is each participant has to wear their hat to the meeting for a group photo. It should be fun.
This year we are changing up our usual routine. Instead of having a new topic each month, we decided to divide the year into 4 quarters. Each quarter we plan to delve into specific sewing topics in greater detail. The 4 quarters are: Winterfest, Springtime In Paris, Summertime and the Livin’ is Easy, and Fabulous Fall.
